| ~~ WHHS-FM Radio Station turned 60 on December 6, 2009 ~~ The radio station first aired on December 6, 1949 and maintains the distinction of being the oldest student-run FM Radio Station in the Nation. Click on the WHHS link below to see the scanned newspaper article from the Philadelphia Inquirer. There was a celebration on November 4th, 2009, at the Haverford High School Commons and some pictures from that event are now also posted. |
